Winter Training Cup
The 2009/10 competition is underway with the first round completed in November. See the dates below for the next rounds. Don't worry if you didn't compete in the first round, the final table will be made up of the best 4 of the 7 rounds so there's still plenty of time. Remember that the points system has been cleverly designed to give everyone of all abilities a good chance of winning!
The Silson Winter Cup is a club competition which takes place over the Winter months.
There are several time trials taken from our Wednesday evening sessions at the Silverstone Racing Circuit. Points are allocated to each runner based on their improvement from the previous run.
