East Midlands Grand Prix Road Running Series (EMGP)

Silson Joggers participate in the East Midland Grand Prix road running series. A series of summer evening road races. We compete against other local running clubs and non affiliated individuals.

This race series consists of 8 road races, all on summer evenings.

Each runner's finishing position is calculated by age category, aggregated, & carried forward to the next race in the series. Only the best 5 results are counted, & prizes are awarded both by the promoting Club on each race night, & by the sponsors after the final race, covering age categories & teams.
